How to submit a complaint ?

• Complaint for mediation

Only written complaints can be considered. However, it is possible to contact the Office of the Ombudsman for Telecommunications by telephone, by calling 02 223 09 09, to find out as much as you can about your rights.

We invite you to read our rules of procedure (PDF .pdf - 172Ko). Your case will be handled within 90 days of receipt of your complete complaint (30 calendar days on average). In exceptional circumstances, if this is warranted by the complexity of the dispute, we may extend the period for handling your case for another period of 90 days.

You can submit a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman for Telecommunications :

  • by completing the FORMS available on this website :

  • by post, for the attention of Mr. Luc Tuerlinckx, Office of the Ombudsman for Telecommunications, Koning Albert II-laan 8 bus 3, 1000 Brussels ;
  • by fax to number 02 219 86 59 ;
  • by taking your complaint to the offices of the Office of the Ombudsman for Telecommunications during working hours (9 am to 5 pm).
