Any customer who is dissatisfied with his telecom operator can request the free intervention of the Mediation Service. The Ombudsman is competent for the entire telecommunications sector.
The Mediation Service is an appeal body and does not aim to take the place of the customer service of the telecom operators. The service may intervene when an end user has not received a solution or satisfactory response during the contacts with the operator.
The Mediation Service for Telecommunications is a qualified entity within the meaning of Book XVI of the book of economic affairs (out-of-court dispute settlement).
